Process used to remove defects in the vehicle's paint using a polisher
Cuts down into the clear coat to smooth it out
Paint correction step is used to remove most defects that are deeper
Polishing step is used to bring back the shine and gloss in the paint
1 or 2 step Paint Correction Includes:
Full wash
Decontamination (clay + iron remover + water spot removal)
Deep wheel clean + dressing
1 or 2 step paint correction
Interior vacuum
1 step polish will typically remove 40-60% of light/moderate defects and scratches
2 step paint correction+polish will typically remove 70-85% of deeper defects
The price for a 1 step polish will range anywhere from $400-$800 depending on the size of the vehicle and the condition of the exterior paint. However, in order to get an accurate estimate, pictures or videos of the vehicle's paint will be required.
The price for a 2 step correction+polish will range anywhere from $800-$1200 depending on the size of the vehicle and the condition of the exterior paint. However, in order to get an accurate estimate, pictures or videos of the vehicle's paint will be required.
It is highly recommended to get a form of protection applied onto the vehicle after a paint correction such as a ceramic coating (best protectant), hand wax, or paint sealant.
